Following the completion of Belmont Team Training, there are numerous opportunities for on-going spiritual, ministry and leadership development via Growth Tracks, which enables cell members to pursue specific areas of interest, need, giftedness and calling.

Various topics, such as individual book bible studies (i.e Ephesians, 1 John, etc.), church history, walking in biblical financial principles, further training in the creative arts, intercession, moving in the prophetic, leadership, apologetics, and ministering hospitality in your home, are a few of the kinds of topics that may be available soon.

The Growth Tracks will be available in a number of different formats including informal classroom settings, self-study ("shoebox training"), ministry team training, and via mentoring groups.
