Belmont Team Training

One of the greatest desires of our pastors is to see every cell member equipped and mobilized into their God-given destiny. To accomplish this, and better serve you, we have developed an equipping strategy that is made up of four equipping tracks: Members, Maturing, Mobilizing, and Multiplying. These points on our Equipping Compass represent four important pieces of your spiritual development and ministry. As you begin your Team Training journey at the north point on the Members Track, we'll be looking for ways to encourage you all the way around to the end of the Multiplying Track. We have an awesome opportunity in the days ahead, so let's glorify Jesus together by allowing Him to better equip us to advance His Kingdom in our neighborhoods, throughout Nashville and in the nations!
