Food Preparation & Purchase:

Coordinating the Meals for Elder’s dinners. (making phone calls, menu planning, delegating to other willing ones etc.)
Coordinating the menu items needed for Women's Ministry events.(making phone calls, menu planning, delegating to other willing ones etc.)

Preparing a part of a meal:

Periodically for special guests.
1 x month for elder’s dinners. (12 elders)
Periodically for those grieving a loss.
Periodically for those who have had surgery, crisis, or long term illness.
Bringing (preparing or purchasing) food items for Women’s Ministry events.

Decorating:
Decorating the church for Christmas (Thursday, Dec. 1)
Planning decorations for Women’s Ministry events such as Friday night Shared Lives gatherings, Retreats, Brunches, Fellowship gatherings
Shopping for items needed for Women’s Ministry gatherings (paper products, candles, decorations etc)
Making hospitality/gift baskets for special events or guests.

Meet & Greet:
Be a greeter at WM events at the door.
Help sign up women as they come in.
Make phone calls to help line up volunteers
Write thank yous, get well and sympathies


Set up and tear down:
I would be willing to come 30 minutes to 60 minutes earl to help set up.
I would be willing to stay 30 minutes to tear down and clean up after WM events.
