APOLOGETICS

Apologetics (from Greek ἀπολογία, "speaking in defense") is the religious discipline of defending religious doctrines through systematic argumentation and discourse.

Looking Ahead

Join us Wednesdays @ 6:30 as we talk through the issues currently facing our culture and how to reconcile those with eternal biblical truths. This is a discussion based gathering with all sides respected and heard.

On Wednesday, May 22nd from 6:30PM - 7:45PM we will have a discussion where we will put into practice some of the things we've learned during the apologetics training classes.

We want to hear from you! Do you have a hard time reconciling a good God and the evil we see from day to day? Do you wonder how to walk out a biblical view of sexuality in our current culture? Why would God send someone to hell? Does hell even exist?

Click the link below to submit an anonymous question on these or any other topics. We will do our best to discuss and answer all questions that are submitted. Thank you!

In Our House...

At Belmont Church, we examine the Christian faith with thoughtful discussion in a safe and honoring environment where space is provided to ask the tough questions.

Non Negotiables...

Yes, there are non negotiables of the Christian faith. There are also personal preferences that shape our faith. We explore both!

Our hope...

It is our hope that through Apologetics, we all grow in understanding each other and better understanding what the Bible says so we can all be more like Jesus.
