In the late 90s, Belmont Church launched Isaiah 58 as the primary ministry to the poor and disenfranchised in Nashville. Through the Isaiah 58 ministry, Belmont is able to extend a lifeline to those with short-term needs, as well as develop long-term relationships with individuals and families trapped in a cycle of poverty. Isaiah 58, with the blessing and continued support of Belmont Church, has launched into their own organization and continue to fulfill the important role of social justice in Nashville.
