How long have you served as an Elder? Since 1988.

What do you love most about being an Elder? Being in endearing fellowship, friendships, and partnerships with so many wonderful and amazing brothers and sisters in the Lord who have been part of Belmont Church and its ministries in Nashville and around the globe.  They have been my multi-generational and multi-ethnic band of brothers and sisters. My spiritual family.

Family: Diana – my beloved wife of 50+ years, Sarah, Isaac, and Micah – our three treasured children

EllaKate, Naomi, John, and Ethan – our four precious grandchildren.

What are things you do to help you refresh?

Read. Travel.  Surf fishing and beach combing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Corn Hole.  Spend time with missionaries.

Fun Fact? I have been to 68 countries and spent about 8 years out of the country.
